JohnJohn Holt - Chairman

John serves as Chair of the Board at Kiwi Landing Pad. John is a successful CEO, Entrepreneur and Intrapreneur across a broad range of industry and business including computer hardware and software, financial services, property, construction, hospitality and security.

John has a passion for driving growth through applying innovation and energy to commercial ventures with global market potential. John serves on the Boards of BIMStop, Applacarte, Generator, 90SecondsTV.

 

 

SamSam Morgan

Sam started his career at Deloitte Consulting and is best known for founding online auction website Trade Me which, in 2006, sold for $750 million. Sam also built successful online dating and friend reuniting businesses in New Zealand, Australia and Canada.

Sam serves on the Board of Directors at Xero, VisFleet and Fairfax Media Limited. Sam is an active investor and philanthropist through Jasmine Investment Holdings Limited.

 

Craig Elliot

With over 25 years of experience in networking and communications, Craig is an international leader in technology with a long history of working with great companies that do great things. Craig is currently Co-founder & CEO of Pertino where he is working to reinvent networking for the cloud era.

In addition to his current role, Craig serves on the Board of Directors of Global Vet Link and Xero and as a Strategic Advisor to the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise agency. Craig is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand and a Council Member for the Yosemite Conservancy. Craig is also the author of several top-selling books in computer science, home automation and automobile racing.

 

Phil McCaw

Phil is the Managing Partner of MOVAC and a cornerstone investor in all the MOVAC Funds. He was a founding partner of MOVAC, and one of the first investors in Trade Me. He has at times been director, chairman and chief executive of different MOVAC-backed ventures, and is currently Chair of IndieReign, Kaynemaile, and a Director of Mesynthes,BIMStop and Crema Capital.

Phil is also the past Chair of the Angel Association New Zealand. Prior to MOVAC, he served a 10 year apprenticeship with Deloitte Consulting in New Zealand and the United States. He was awarded a Senior Scholarship from Massey University and has a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Accounting & Finance and Information Systems.

Simon Holdsworth

Simon is the CEO of Evander Management, the private holding and investment company of the Holdsworth family. He is a director of IT services company Datacom and actively supports the New Zealand technology scene through venture investment and support of ecosystem initiatives such as Kiwi Landing Pad and Lightning Lab.
