THE BIG IDEA:

This Week in Startups is holding a “World Cup-style” tournament of cities across the globe to
determine which boasts the most startup talent. Two cities will be pitted against each other in a
live meetup event, with three companies from each city pitching to win the gold.

THINGS TO KNOW:

- Any startup company can register.
- Companies should have working demos/products available online.
- Companies get 1 minute to pitch. Be passionate, be confident, and be concise!
- Before the live feed, each city will have a ‘mini-pitch-competition’ from a pool of 10+ Companies to narrow the entrants down to the top 3.
