SPEAKER BIO: Kirsty Traill | Customer Success Expert
Kirsty is currently the VP of Customer at Hootsuite, the world’s most widely used social media relationship platform., where she responsible for using customer insight to drive strategic initiatives and deliver a superior customer experience. In addition Kirsty leads the Customer Support organization at Hootsuite, delivering industry leading first response times and customer satisfaction.
Kirsty has over 14 years of international experience gained from senior sales & marketing, operations, and general management roles in the US, Canada, Japan, and New Zealand, where she has a track record of effective leadership and business transformation. Kirsty holds bachelor degrees in Arts and Commerce, specializing in Japanese and Marketing, from the University of Auckland.
