Capital Raising Series

Session One:

Creating a compelling marketing investor pitch deck to get coffee meetings with investors. This is the pitch deck you send via email.

  1. Which three slides you should start with (and why you might stop at three).
  2. Which slides you have to have, and which to delete.
  3. How to understand the standard timelines of fundraising, and the incentives of a venture capitalist.

Session Two:

This webinar is a live case study reviewing some pitch-decks submitted by the community to get feedback, to learn and grow. Including Nick Crocker, General Partner @ Blackbird Ventures reviewing his own pitch deck from when he was a founder raising capital.

It is a follow on from the first webinar with Nick, it's advised that you watch that one first to understand this webinar.

Session Three:

'Beyond the coffee meeting' what happens next.

This will be a LIVE deep dive with two companies submitted by the community that were LIVE reviewed in session two.

What information do you need beyond the initial coffee meeting, and what questions and information do investors ask and look closer at?

Over 200 community generated questions answered by founders and experts.
